Hello there, I buy this 2.1 channel car audio amplifier and i test to 4 ohms 8 inch subwoofer and 2 satellite speaker with a 14V DC power supply, It give a nice output sound clear and good BASS from subwoofer. As well even not give high watts im satisfied for cheap price.



Feature:

Well, i want to know what inside this gadget and i unbox it.
 I take a screenshot picture after i unboxed this gadget to know what inside this lvpin LP-838, I found the two pre-amp IC indicate name is RC4558, A 8 legs which should drive the input signal and deliver to power amplifier IC.
The Motherboard also have indicate a print name serial number which is SLB08085A0, Look at the screenshot fig.1 below.

Each preamp IC is separate from each line control, The one IC below in fig.1 is control the volume of superbass (which is low pass filter) and the another one above is control the 3 adjustable tone control knob (treble and bass).

The output signal after filtered from preamp is goto two Power IC which print name is TA8201AK and TDA7057AQ.

This TA8201AK IC is applying BTL system in which output coupling condenser and bootstrap condenser are not necessary and output of 17W (VCC = 14.4V, BL=4Ω, THD = 10%) can be obtained.
Since the package is a 7 pin SIP, (signal inline package), it greatly simplifies construction of a power amplifier both in design and assembly.
It also contains various kind of protector. It is suitable for car audio power amplifier with high performance.

TA8201AK power IC output is goto green connector of speaker called it "Super Bass" of LP-838.

The TDA7057AQ is a stereo output amplifier with two DC volume control stages. The device is designed for TVs and monitors, but is also suitable for battery-fed portable recorders and radios.
In conventional DC volume control circuits the control or input stage is AC-coupled to the output stage via external capacitors to keep the offset voltage low.
In the TDA7057AQ the two DC volume control stages are integrated into the input stages so that no coupling capacitors are required and a low offset voltage is still maintained.

The maximum gain of the amplifier is fixed at 40.5 dB.
The DC volume control stages have a logarithmic control characteristic.
Therefore, the total gain can be controlled from +40.5 dB to−33 dB. If the DC volume control voltage falls below 0.4 V, the device will switch to the mute mode.
The amplifier is a short-circuit protected to ground, VP and across the load. A thermal protection circuit is also implemented.
If the crystal temperature rises above +150°C the gain will be reduced, thereby reducing the
output power.

TDA7057AQ output is connected to the Red/black 2CH normal speaker out connector of LP-838..
